Paula Sharpe, Just like the musical note, grew up in San Rafael, Ca. In her life, Paula learned to alchemize her emotions and pain body to unleash more play and creativity. She is an empath who teaches how to heal through self-love rituals and fascia care.
In 2014, Paula graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance, focused in Exercise Science. Here she learned the body is interconnected and breakdowns under stress. Paula knew from early on, health is about how to manage and eliminate the stressors in our lives.
With interests in holistic healing modalities, in January 2023, Paula added to her practice Fascial Maneuvers, gentle movements and holds designed to take the body out of stress. Fascial Maneuvers changed her life...In 2023, her life long dreams of making a children's book, Hang Loose Goose, came true and now she inspires all to keep our dreams alive.
Paula teaches how to open up our hearts through inner-standing how fascia works so we may find success in ease . She is available for private & group coaching, astrology birth chart readings, and live events.
